Freight and delivery

From the shed to your door

Chillies lose their gloss faster than almost anything else in a produce run, so the whole operation is built to shorten the gap between cutting the fruit and getting it on a truck.

You order

You send an order request. We come back to confirm stock, quote the freight against your address, and agree the pick date before anything is invoiced.

We pick it

Fruit is cut, graded and packed for your order specifically. It is not pulled off a shelf that has been sitting since the weekend.

It goes on the truck

Cartons load straight into refrigerated interstate freight. Nothing waits in a cold room for a full load to build.

Orders are picked and packed to a schedule rather than held in stock, and we confirm the pick and dispatch date with you before invoicing.

Where we deliver

Everything goes on refrigerated interstate freight. Transit time depends far more on your postcode than on your state, so we price and quote it per address rather than publishing a flat rate that would be wrong for most people.

  • We deliver to QLD
  • We deliver to NSW
  • We deliver to ACT
  • We deliver to VIC
  • We deliver to SA
  • We deliver to TAS
  • We deliver to WA
  • We deliver to NT

Every state and territory. Transit time is the thing that varies, not whether we will send it, so tell us your postcode and we will be straight with you about how the fruit will travel.

If something arrives wrong

Fresh produce travels through hands that are not ours, and occasionally a carton turns up in a state we would not have sent it in. Take a photo, tell us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will sort it out. It is faster than any form.
