What we collect when you send an enquiry or an order request, what we do with it, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
Only what a wholesale order needs. When you send an enquiry or an order request we collect your name and email address, and where you provide them your phone number, business name, ABN and delivery address, along with whatever you write in the message.
We do not collect payment details on this website. Nothing is charged online, so there is no card number to store.
Why we collect it
To quote freight against your address, confirm stock and a pick date, raise an invoice, and get the produce to you. A delivery address is not optional information for a freight quote, which is why the order form asks for it.
Who sees it
The farm. Your delivery address is passed to the carrier moving your consignment, because that is how it reaches you.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. Asking us for a quote does not put you on a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and orders are kept while there is an active or likely trading relationship, and afterwards for as long as tax and business records law requires. Beyond that we have no reason to hold it.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled on this site they record which pages were viewed and which actions were taken, such as a product view or an order request being sent. They never record your name, email address, delivery address or the contents of your order.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch and we will action it.
